TR Motorsport makes some decent alloys for the price, lightweight too.

I would go up to 17” since the Mazda 3s came with 17” wheels I think it looks better with more rim and less tire.

Aren’t the 3’s stock wheels 17”? Are you downsizing, or looking for non-steelies for winter?

I have a set of summer 16” tires I want to run, but not on my 16” winter steelies. The 17” wheels and tires I have are in poor shape/tracion.

I have the stock 17”s but the wheels are corroded and the tires are poop in the rain, even though they’re newer.

Discount Tire has a bunch of cheap/decent wheels that may or may not be knockoffs, although when I put in 2004 Mazda3 their site is recommending +40ish offset for 16x7 wheels.
Rage R20 - $96
Maxxim Winner - $105
Drag DR-31 - $110
Drag DR-34 - $110
Liquid Metal Speedster - $112
MB Wheels Weapon - $112

RX7 FD wheels off of Craigslist. Crazy light and can be found cheap. This was my winter setup when I had my MS3.

I’m not too sure about them. Maybe they’ll grow on me?
